ACT Summer Passport Official Rules
*NO PURCHASE OR ACT TEST REGISTRATION NECESSARY. The “ACT Summer Passport Sweepstakes” is subject in all respects to the complete Official Rules available at www.act.org/summerpassport or by sending a S.A.S.E. to “ACT Summer Passport Sweepstakes Rules Request,” c/o ACT, Inc., 500 ACT Drive, MZ 23, Iowa City, IA 52243-0168 (VT residents may omit return postage). Open only to entrants who, as of the entry date, are permanent legal residents of the 48 contiguous U.S.A. (i.e., excluding AK and HI) or D.C., at least 14 years old, and in the 9th, 10th, 11th or 12th grade, or received a high school diploma in 2023 (or, if home schooled, in the equivalent of 9th, 10th, 11th or 12th grade). ENTRANTS WHO ARE MINORS MUST GET THEIR PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN’S PERMISSION PRIOR TO PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. The Sweepstakes is void outside the eligible sweepstakes territory, and where prohibited or restricted by law. The Sweepstakes will be held on Instagram and Instagram Stories and will consist of 8 entry periods with the first beginning at 10:00 a.m. CT on 6/5/23 and the last ending at 9:59 a.m., CT on 7/28/23. LIMIT: One entry per person, per entry period, regardless of method of entry.
