Encourage is a free college and career planning program designed to help FBLA members discover their interests, explore new opportunities, and make informed decisions about what comes next. Advisers also gain access to valuable insights that demonstrate their chapter’s impact and support student success.

FBLA collects anonymous feedback through customized student and educator college and career planning preference forms, providing insights that help continuously refine programs and better serve members at every level.
